By downloading, installing, or using the Daily Standard application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.
Daily Standard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the application strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to engage in any of the following: using the app for any unlawful purpose; attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the app or its related systems; transmitting harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; impersonating any person or entity; or using automated systems to access the app without our express permission.
All content within Daily Standard — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of Daily Standard and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our brand assets without prior written consent.
Certain features of Daily Standard require a paid subscription. All purchases are processed through the respective app store platform (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
Daily Standard is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Any content consumed through the app is for informational and motivational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Standard and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the application. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the app or our website. Your continued use of the application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
